Our Story

Specialty Design Co. is owned by Amber Austin Norris, a Meredith College graduate born and raised in the community she now serves. SDC first opened its doors in 2014, eventually moving to it's current spot in downtown Roxboro - a dream realized after spending so many childhood days shopping the square with her mother & grandmother. Amber has found success in offering customizable specialty items mixed with sweet southern charm.
