Refund policy

Shipping & Return Policies: 

Our standard shipping rate is $8.95, via US Mail or UPS for large items. 
Shipping varies for large items (ex. Bogg Bags & Nora Fleming Items) and will be posted in the product details for each product that has a different shipping rate.

We try to have your order shipped within 4 business days of purchase (or sooner for sure!) Please understand that we are a small, family owned business and this is not Amazon. We take care in fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders and we do our best to get them out ASAP! If you need an order by a specific date, please be mindful of when you place your order. We do not pack, prepare, or ship packages on weekends. Shipping and receiving times vary by carrier. We are so thankful for every online order and we give each one careful attention. 

Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested before shipping fulfillment. In order to request cancellation of your order, please email SDC214Rox@gmail.com. We are not responsible for cancellations if your order is fulfilled in our shipping department before we can process your cancellation. There is a FEE for order cancellations. This fee is deducted from your refund. This fee is necessary to ensure that all processing fees are collected for processing of credit cards and refund fees from our card processing providers. No exceptions. Fees include: $5 non refundable fee for orders $50 or less, $10 fee for orders $50+. Thank you! 

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON CLEARANCE OR SALE MERCHANDISE. These items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 

To start a return, you can contact us at SDC214Rox@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you permission to return and a RA# (Return Authorization Number) in order to send your item back to us. We will follow up by email with instructions for shipping. You will need to ship the item back to us in your own packaging and at your expense. The shipping cost is only refunded if it is our error in your order processing (ex. wrong item sent/received). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
