There are days when even the strongest among us feel like we’re barely holding it together. We juggle work, family, relationships, and expectations, sometimes all at once. And no matter how confident we may look on the outside, there are moments when it feels like the whole world is waiting for us to slip.
I’ve had those days. The ones where the pressure is so heavy, I start to question if I’m really as strong as everyone thinks. It’s in those moments I come back to this promise from Psalm 46:5:
“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.”
What I love about this verse is that it doesn’t say she won’t face storms or that life will always be easy. It says she will not fall because God Himself is within her. Her strength isn’t about never struggling; it’s about never being alone in the struggle.
Let this be a reminder every time fear tries to take hold. God has your hand. He is your help. And your faith in Him is always stronger than anything you face.
